The Sapphires
showed up today. They're awesome! I'm going to use them for the pre out connection from the YBA to my CJ power amp. The 4' pair connects my Marantz SACD player to the pre., and the 3" (first pair) I have connecting the DAC, so my entire system is connected with your Sapphires. I think it promotes synergy, but there's no doubt that they sound great. I've got a buddy with the same SACD player and same DAC connected with C***** N****** R******** interconnects, and mine smokes his! He even admitted, after taking 2 pairs of the Sapphires home for a couple of nights, that they were a better cable for 1/3 the price. You Rock! R. E., USA
Comments on a custom tonearm cable:
After switching over from a copper cable I have to say the sound is fantastic, with swathes of new detail and deeper, blacker silence than I'd ever thought was possible
from vinyl front end. Every record is a gripping musical experience. There's no top-end sting as I've thought can happen from silver wire, rather a very natural balanced sound top to bottom. I'm still a bit mind-numbed after this experience.
A few days later:
The Cryo-Parts balanced cables seem to enlarge and magnify the listening experience. I knew there'd be an improvement, but I never thought it would be this much! G. S., Australia
Comments from a customer worried about reports of cryo treating increasing "break in" time.
While cryo treating a receptacle does add some time to the overall break in time, a good deep cryo'd AC receptacle should never sound "bad" out of the box. They will mature over time, maybe 300-400 hours, but they will still sound good while breaking in, somedays better than others, but bever unlistenable:
I have had a pair of Power Port Premiers, sitting on my desk (both deep cryoed) for way to long, trying to figure out a good way to break these puppies in. Well, I decided I couldn't put it off any longer at least I could see how badly they sounded out of the box. I took one of the PPPs and replaced my buck- 90 CD/Player duplex, all of my components have dedicated AC feeds.
Well, surprise, surprise where was all of the expected maylay of sonic ugliness???? Instead, my cd/player is sounding better than ever with a new found
sense of resolution of harmonic detail, improved micro-dynamics, high frequency detail and resolve and low frequency drive and transient impact, no break- in hours and I am lov'in it.
Well, that was so good I decided to try the other PPP (again, deep cryoed) on my power amp duplex. Again a great result, all the good things my
CD opened up was there in spades. Sound stage focus and depth improved. Percussion sounds have greater slam. Detail retreval is improved across the spectrum. I think I will forget about break-in for the PPPs and hope that they will retain their lovely dispositions.
Don't tell anyone but my power amp thinks it is on steroids.
I appreciate that my impressions of the PPP are quite different from those of
other reviewers, I don't know how to explain that difference so I will leave that answer up to you experts. Could it be something to do with the
deep cryo treatment? I have been told that this process can extend break-in time. R. A., USA
I made (2) sets of interconnects using your TWcu Custom cable (Sapphire Pro), used Vampire copper/gold RCAs and Cardas solder. They killed my C***** G***** R***, C****** C**** M*****, and homemade ** A**** interconnects. Great wide soundstage and depth...very impressive.
...keep up the great work... M. G., USA
Comments following regarding the new CryoParts USB cable:
Anyway, this cable is gorgeous. This is super sharp looking. And the really great thing, it really knocks out the bus noise I was having. I know people say bit perfect is bit perfect, but this thing really improves the sound. K. S., USA
What can I say!....the Beast pc's are FANTASTIC! I was skeptical that Ii would actually hear the improvements in detail, quietness and shear musicality, but...I did... and to say I'm happy would be an understatement! D. Y., USA
I got the DAC (Pop Pulse 1796) on Friday and have tried it out with optical cable on my vintage Sony CD player, and via USB on the computer. It is really awesome! I am truly impressed with the improvement. Steve, USA
Just wanted to let you know how much ass the Pop Pulse T amp kicks (of
course, I'd love to try 2 of the 75 watt monoblocks, but we're keeping
this simple for now). I had it going with my Polk 6.5" which are so-
so speakers, then I relented and carted in the Klipsch 8" bookshelfs,
which are the really nice reference series ones with aluminum and
titanium parts and whatnot, they're about 40 pounds each and are not
small...I've got the Pop Pulse running off a 12V SLA battery, with the
iBasso D2+ USB DAC and my homemade mini-B silver USB cable...no AC
power in the system, and the sound is monstrously powerful and clear
with loads of bass and incredible detail. It's loud enough to wake
the neighbors with no sign of quitting. Far better than my home
theater rig which is just a 100 watt, $1500 Marantz 5.1 receiver I've
had for a while. The fact that this puny thing can kill the Marantz
on sound quality is scary. The simplicity of it is what makes it
sound so good. Anyway, you can share this with anyone, I give it my
thumbs up... Peter, USA
HAVE JUST FINISHING TESTING TUBES WITH MARANTZ CD DECK WITH TUBE PREAMP.. I CAN ALREADY SENSE A TIGHTER SOUND STAGE,,,,THE OVERALL SOUND IS MARVELOUS,THE HIGHS ARE SHARPER,THE MIDRANGE AND BASS SOUND RICHER TO ME. I WOULD SUGGEST THE CRYO-PROCESS TO ALL MY AUDIO FRIENDS.
I'VE TESTED MY NAD CD DECK THRU THE TUBE PREAMP AND IT SCREAMS WITH PLEASURE...I'VE NEVER,EVER EXPERIENCED MUSIC AT THIS LEVEL,AND IT'S ALL GOT TO DO WITH MY GOOD FRIEND IAN GRANT OF GRANT FIDELITY AND UPGRADING ALL THE COMPONENTS FROM PS POWER CABLES TO AVERAGED PRICE INTERCONNECTS AND HIS WONDERFUL TUBE PRODUCTS.....IT JUST PROVES ONE THING,YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE RICH TO EXPERIENCE MUSIC AS RECORDED IN THE STUDIO OR LIVE...ESPECIALLY IF TOP GRADE EQUIPMENT IS USED TO RECORD THE SESSION PLUS AN ENGINEER THAT KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING.
A WORLD OF THANKS TO YOU LEE AND YOUR COMPANY......I'M CERTAINLY HAPPY I RESEARCHED CRYOGENICS. F. P.., USA.
Got it (PCM 1796 DAC) promptly on Friday and the packaging was very secure. Burned it on over the long weekend. VERY HAPPY with the sound that I am getting. Light years ahead of the internal DAC of my Marantz that I was using. Thanks again and this DAC should make some waves once it gets more exposure.
Maybe a lot has to do with the separate chassis for the Power and DAC section. This product is very good and I do not see how you could get much better for the money. E. B., USA
Just put together a 4' TWCu Sennheiser cable with Furutech plug and 1/8" Teflon sleeving over real carbon fiber sleeving for me. I must say...damn, you sure know what you're doing.
The bass is the biggest change with your wire, that and the rock & roll midrange quality...there is greatly restored bass detail in the mid bass registers. The treble is completely perfect, not too much/too
little....true that your wire is the most legit hookup wire I've ever heard by a very big margin.
I've used J***, solid and stranded N****** UPOCC, solid silver, M******, A** S**, eBay Teflon wire, you name it...but they sound pitiful by comparison. I make headphone cables as a side business, and I'm not easily fooled. P. B., USA
Well, somehow, in a site update I managed to lose about a years worth of feedback... So, if you don't see yours here, that is why. Sorry!
Would you tell me, what happened after some 8-9 days of installment of this CryoParts usb -cable??!!. The sound of my system changed rather dramatically - for better :)! There is now absolute lack of edge in sound, the sound is very smooth and coherent, involving, there's more presence and weight and it also got bigger (the sound that is). A lot of improvement. I'm so surprised! S. J., Finland.

Been playing with Lee's Cryo-Parts USB cable for a week now and there is no doubt that it has brought good things to my system: more tonality, more beefier sound, more naturalness, more colour. It did remove digititus definitely, if there was some, especially at the upper end of freguency spectrum. I'd say it cleaned up the signal substantially Surprised. Now I wonder how good an USB cable might Lee's Axis be? Thanks, Lee!

Comments about a custom Phono cable (DIN to XLR) and matching balanced (XLR to XLR) cable:
I was delighted yesterday- the tonearm cable and interconnects arrived! I've been feasting my eyes on them. The build quality with those chunky Vampire XLR plugs is awesome. What I really like is the
very pliant feel of the cable, which will make things nice and easy installing it in the LP12. Today I showed them to my university colleagues and students, all of whom drooled at the sight.
Thank you for making this stellar product. G. S., Australia
Comments about the USB Cable.
Your great cable has arrived, it's out of the box sound great, much better than B***** Pro I used.
And, a few days later...
The cable improve every hours. So I think I want another cable! S. S., Malaysia
Kenster on AudioAsylum writing about the cryo'd fuse holders and cryo'd ceramic fuses.
Customer who replaced his stock fuses with our cryo'd ceramic versions:
The improvements in bass clarity and soundstage precision were substantial as well as high frequency precision such as the spacial placement of cymbals K. A., USA
I have recieved the headphone (Goldring DR-150) today and I love it! I've been looking for this long time! it really awesome product thank you for fastest Shipping! I'm looking foward to do business with you in future... S. A., Canada
Wow!! That was quick! I just installed the Furutech outlet and noticed an immediate improvement. The music has greater clarity against a super quiet background. You were right in that the soundstage is very open. Thanks for pointing me toward the Furutech outlet. I'm going to let this settle in some more, but I already like what I'm hearing.
Dealing with retailers like you make this hobby fun. R. H., USA
I purchased a Cryomax III cable with I believe are the Marinco 8215 and IEC 320/15 connections from you. It had the black cover with a green strand. I installed it on my Bluenote CD player and the difference was amazing, more detail, clarity, and dynamics.
By the way I was comparing the cable to what I thought was a good custom power cord with the same terminations as yours. W. W., USA
I ended up with one Cardas (silver) and one cotton (CryoParts) silver on the + and 2 cryo copper cotton (CryoParts) on the - and I have to tell you after they broke in (even before they broke in really) it really took everything to a new level. It took a few weeks but one morning I turned on the stereo and voila`
overnight they had changed from excellent to killer. Very pleased I will order more L. N., USA
Comments below regarding CryoMax III power cable kit.
I have to say used many high end power
cords (C*****, V****** D*******, B**,J** L***) for many times the cost
of your products and not been as sonically pleased as now. My system
McIntosh MC1000's, Aerial 10T's Musical Fidelity A308 preamp and A308 CD
player and it has never sounded so good, your power cord combo was the
same as upgrading interconnects or speaker cables with far better
results.J. S., USA.
Comments below regarding the Beast Power cable. The cable arrived today. Thanks.
I connected it and my first impression was warm and found it very smooth later. I will let it break in for a while. The cable looks even better than the picture. I like it so much. Great Job! Thank you very much.
More comments sent later:
I think the cable is fully broken in. I can give you more and rather complete feedback now. I told you the cable was warm and smooth and NOW is more transparent than it was a week ago. The improvement is huge when I compared it with the stock cord. The soundstage is way bigger and deeper. This is the best power cable I have ever had. Thank you so much.

I bought CryoMaxIII, 19364... CryoMaxIII is excellent. Powerful sound and beautiful looks.
Your original cable? You did a splendid design! Great!! T. H., Japan
I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the two power cords I constructed from your CryoMax II ac cable and Furutech connectors.
I've been using them for about six weeks now, one on my PS Audio P300 Power Plant and one on a Reference Audio Mods modified PS Audio HCA-2 amp.
Previously, I'd powered these with some DIY ******* recipe cords made from Belden cable and Shurter IEC female and Pass % Seymour male connectors.
The increase in sonic goodness greatly exceeded my expectations. Inner detail, noise floor, abd soundstaging all improved by very noticable amounts.
The $220 or so I spent on parts ranks as one of the best price/benefit ratio audio purchases I've ever made. Thanks for fine products and excellent service. W. L. USA
My last order, before Christmas, was:
- 3 FI11MCU Furutech FI-11M CU @ $ 35.00 = $105.00
- 3 FP15A Furutech FP15A (cu) @ $ 40.00 = $120.00
- 4 FP162 Furutech FP-162 @ $ 8.00 = $ 32.00
And I had said "It will be hard to explain to the others that maybe these
will make a huge difference and maybe none at all, depending on whether the
duplexes and male plugs are a weak point in the chain...the most noticeable
change can be found in replacing the weakest link in the system. In AC, this
may be the receptacle, male plug, (captive or IEC terminated) power cord and
even down to the fuse...The very real problem is how to determine what the
bottleneck is. So, right now, I use educated guessing. Get rid of those $.99
outlets and molded AC plugs! Here's hoping!"
Well, I didn't have to explain; the results spoke for themselves. #1 system
was a simple Harmon-Kardon 3480 stereo receiver (new in the fall, 120 WPC
and very accepting of some earlier tweaks, like ERS paper and damping) with
a pair of 'Internet fad' Best Buy Insignia speakers using an HDTV and a
CD/VHS source. Yeah, I know, but he's 55, been thru 3 divorces and doesn't
have any music left. *Shrug* I made up a pair of preamp-amp jumpers with the
Furutech RCAs and some thinly insulated silver wire and replaced the coarse
stock ones. Wow - voices and clarity came up a big notch. On his system we
made 4 more item replacements, including some German AHP fuses in the
receiver, 2 FI-11Ms and 1 FP15A (in place of some older Hubbells AC plug on
an extension strip and outlet). All of the steps were at least somewhat up;
the fuses were more of a sideways move - much better in some respects but
high frequencies disappeared. Surprisingly, they came back, in spades, with
the first FI-11M installed on the receiver cord. The outlet, the final swap,
we didn't notice much difference but we were burned out by that time - 5th
swap by that time, I had hurt my back and we had company drop by. It really
didn't take much convincing him to go through all this; he thinks I'm a
wizard at this. Even when it came to cutting off the HK molded plug, I told
him "This will most likely void your warranty." and he said "Go ahead." In
his (paraphrased) words, the voices came out much clearer, there were things
he had never heard before, more punchy bass and he was complaining that
"It's getting a little too loud, Todd." and we had it set at the same volume
setting - I showed him. Then he asked "Why don't manufacturers use the
better stuff?"!
#2 system, for the remaining FI-11M and 2 FP15A, was my brother's home
theather with a middle range Yamaha AVR and Gallo A'Diva speakers and their
TR2 subwoofer. This time I did everything at once because 1) #1 system took
about 3 hours to do and 2) my brother is impatient. The FI-11M went on the
AVR captive cord, more AHP fuses (PS Audio imports them as the Critical Link
fuses) and one outlet for the TV, AVR, CD/DVD and VCR and the other for the
sub. Playing unfamiliar music to me after we were done (didn't hear it
before we started - he is impatient) I didn't notice much difference except
in the bass - more on that later. He noted that the music lost its incessent
punch, which I took to be a bad thing, like it had reduced drive or
microdynamics. No, that was still there, but there were more voices and
instruments that gave the music a "flow" that hadn't been there before. The
punchiness was irritating before and the music was more continous now. He
was able to make out more lyrics without cheating with the sheet, clarity
had increased and spaciousness had grown from ending where the speakers sat
to about 6 foot beyond the speakers. Now the sub was entirely too
emphasized, so I messed with it while he listened. The phase potentiometer
was adjusted, I found that he had switched in a +6 dB boost at 30 Hz and
changed it to 0 and moved the crossover point UP to blend better with the
satellites. It will take a little more adjusting, but it is close. We did
not move the sub or switch the stock power cord. My brother summed it up
best that day by saying "I wouldn't have believed all of this was possible
with just AC changes." Me either, especially on the sub - having to readjust
the phase? How does THAT work!?
Anyway, everyone is very happy with their 'new' systems. Especially me,
since it makes it look like I wasn't guessing that this was going to work at
all! Ha-ha!
Thanks! T. USA.
Just a quick note to let you know that you guys are FANTASTIC! I ordered this on Thursday (11/30) and received it on Monday (12/4)! That is almost unbelievable in this day and age.
Too bad there wasn't a camera pointed at me when the USPS delivery came to my door while I was thinking "Who could this be from...?" and seeing the label, "WHA....?"
All too funny!
I really believe, especially in the last 2-5 years, that my 'experiments' in speaker cable,
IC, and AC have all pointed to this: the most noticeable change can be found
in replacing the weakest link in the system. In AC, this may be the
receptacle, male plug, (captive or IEC terminated) power cord and even down
to the fuse. Maybe even a not fully bomb-proof power supply. If that
bottleneck remains, one can change items all he wants and very little, if
any, will get thru. However, when that weak link is removed, well, all of a
sudden, all the changes come rushing thru. T. S., USA.
Just a note to let you know I installed the new Belden Power Cable
tonight (...hard wired the Belen 19364 into amp). It was a VERY tight fit, but made it work.
Now for the best part it sounds great! Not as jaw dropping as the fuses,
but very nice. Between the two this BRB Amp sounds wonderful. I think I
am in love again.
I just can't believe the improvement for the investment. This has to be about the most cost effective tweak I have ever done.
The Audiophile Community is very luck to have you and Cryo-Parts. Hope you stay around for a long time.R. H., USA
First I must tell you I have a tendency to be some what of a skeptic.
I am a "You gotta show me" kinda guy.
So that said, after some reading I decided to try your fuses because, they
were not a major investment unlike some of the others being offered. I
could not wait so I installed them last night.
I'll tell you I was not totally prepared for the type of improvement these
things made!!! I could not believe my ears!!! My Holly Cole and Diana
Krall CDs took on such a different presentation. I will not rattel on with
all the standard "Audiophile" terms. Suffice it to say "Iam a believer".
I don't know how you can keep these things on the shelf. While Stereophile
and The Absolute Sound are busy reviewing $30-40,000 sets of speakers, I
think they are letting one of the best tweaks available pass them by.
Thanks Lee and CryoParts R. H., USA
I got the fuse and the P&S receptacle, and I am pleased to find out that my system sounds quite a bit more focused than before. I am happy with the result for the money I spent. Thanks again for selling products with great price to performance ratio. H. L. USA
I just want to let you know, how I do like the way you are working. Fast and accurate. Quality of products are also unexpectedly high. I start to believe in effects of cryogenic treatment.
Thank you once again for the way you treat your clients. T. W. USA
It’s me again! I just wanted to let you know that my friend and I put the cryo’ed Marinco 5269 NEMA plug in his transformer output, replacing the untreated Pass & Seymour plug we installed before. We naturally assumed that we might not be able to hear much difference – WRONG!! This plug made a big difference -- all for the better -- in the overall sound. It was really hard to believe – unmistakable, and anything but subtle. Thank you – I would have to say those Marinco plugs are actually well worth the money. G. D, USA
You probably hear way more of this stuff than anyone should, but I can't resist. I used this most recent order to rewire my friend's isolation transformer (Topaz 1.8KVA) and to replace the power cord running from his API Model 116 Power Wedge to the transformer's output. He has a far more resolving system than mine, with bi-wired Audio Physic Avanti (original first model) speakers, Immedia 8 power amp driving the bass and hot-rodded Belles 150B power amp driving treble & midrange, and Herron tube pre-amp with phono preamp. We listened only to cds on Parasound transport running to a Musical Fidelity DAC with some jitter filter in between.
He just expanded and remodeled his listening room and set up the system again. We listened to several references then put in the rewired transformer (he has two, we rewired one). We were amazed at the difference 7 feet of CryoMax II with Furutech F1M on the input and 4 feet of CryoMax II with a P&S NEMA female on the output (in lieu of Marinco plugs we'll be getting from you after cryo) made in the presentation. Everything was clearer, sharper, but more natural with much more depth and ability to follow the different lines of music which seemed to be layered from front to back. Everything, in short, got much better all of a sudden.
Later, we put in the 6 foot cord with Marinco 8215 on input and Schurter 20A IEC on the output side and there was another level or two of improvement in the same direction, i.e., significant drop in the noise floor and cleaner, deeper more natural presentation with -- in both cases -- an increase in the extension of bass and treble. IMHO, this installation of the 3 chunks of wire with cryo'ed connectors (except the P&S) made a much bigger improvement in the sound of his system than the installation of the Tunami cable with C-046 and P-046 Oyaide connectors to his preamp that we did a few weeks ago.
...and a few days later:
I received a call Saturday morning from my friend whose system we treated Thursday night, who was on his way to his cabin up North. He said he had let his system cook all day Friday and listened to it playing some acoustic stuff Friday night and Saturday morning. He said it was even much better than we thought on Thursday night! He's talking about receptacles now and he still has 3 other isolation transformers to treat. You'll be hearing further from us on this issue.
For whatever that's worth, he was impressed -- as was I. G. D., USA
The SWO-XXX arrived yesterday, holy sh^%$&!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I now have imaging to the far left and right of my Thiel floorstanders, whereas before all the music was
confined to the space between and behind my speakers...the soundstage nearly doubled in square footage, and certainly solidified in a way I didn't know was possible.
Top to bottom improvements that I didn't think an ac outlet could make...kinda shocked really.
Had I bought an outlet like this 2 years ago, it would've saved me a few hundred hrs in system tweaking, and major $ on cord swapping.
M. C., USA
I got this stuff today! I have to tell you a true story.
As you know I am a DIY fiend, I even built my own ProAc 2.5 clones.
Now my power cord saga: I had a Rega Mira amp & matching 2000 CD player, I
built my own power cables with your ends & some 12ga cord I had left over
from Parts Express- this was a large improvement over the stock cables.
Not long ago I upgraded to a Krell amp & matching CD, the home brew was an
improvement over the Krell cord as well- but something was missing. I
purchased the Bob Crump formula Cryo products from you & built a 14ga
cord... it was a night & day improvement over my previous concoction even
though the old ones were 12ga.
Yesterday I built a power cord using your CryoMax cable- this was another
huge improvement over the Cryo Crump cord!!!!
I am in Power heaven now with your CryoMax cord & a Cryo power outlet from
you- knock me over with a feather, I would not have believed there could be
such a difference with power delivery in the sound of my stereo.
Thanks for everything, D. F., USA
I got the new stuff... thanks. I just wanted to tell you what happened: I
made the Crump formula with your Cryo stuff & replaced ones that I had made
with your terminations but with some 12ga wire I had left over from Parts
Express. That power cord was totally burned in & 12ga & not 14ga... but the
new
cord with the all Cryo sounded much better with zero burn in!
Loving life!
Thanks, D. F., USA
I wouldn't have believed it, even with Duster's, Kenster's and others'
descriptions in AA, but the Oyaide WPC-Z makes a helluva difference in my
system (also live in a 12-plex, surrounded by a nursing home, hospital and
high school, in case they are putting out 'bad vibes'. I do know when the
hospital's medic helicopter lands - feel the walls!) Like those two Asylum
members have said before, music sounds less mechanical and more made by real
people but I feel there has also been a large reduction in what I would try
to characterize as a high frequency haze throughout the music. It sounds
richer and more totally correct but not by changing frequency response. Like
something has been taken away.
The best analogy I could come up with in my first night of listening (2 1/2
hours worth - until 10 pm with no supper - yeah, THAT good!) was driving on
a road with some pretty dense fog. You can barely see shapes off the side of
the road, whether they be trees, signs or whatever, but everything has a
whitish-grey tinge. When the fog dissipates, you see more color, as in tree
leaves and size of those leaves, proper distance of objects from the road.
Diameter of objects and height are more clear-cut, not just fading into
grey. And there are more things there at a distance than you ever would have
thought.
The same with my music! I can't tell you how many times I replayed the first
5-10 seconds of songs, shocked, thinking "It never sounded like THIS
before!". There was better depth; height on some recordings seemed limitless
(as I looked up at the ceiling while songs was playing) and you could tell
when background singers and string backgrounds started immediately; like
suddenly there was more air there, like a mike just clicked on. And the
reduction (elimination?) on this high frequency haze, which covers
everything, brought less edginess, a clarity and quiet to the sound with the
envelope of each note being able to respond to different volume levels. I
just may have to adjust my subwoofer level but waiting to put more time on
this. Transients showed more differences, too, instead of an
all-the-same-speed type of attack. More human-like? This is what I mean by
the elimination of this "grey fog", things are just so more real and defined
now. You really get a clearer idea what the record producer was intending,
track by track, with some extremely different while other recordings are
very similar by track. More differences by recording almost always means you
are getting truer sound; something is not standing in the way making
everything sound the same.
In my system, the wall plate made a bigger difference than the Oyaide
outlet, but one has to consider that the tweaks are additive - the XXX
working with the WPC-Z. Yeah, I kinda like it! Now the bad news is that I'll
need another for the other half of my system. I'll let you know when I'm
ready for #2! Thanks again.T. S, USA
I put 2 Xhadow connectors on my stock phono cable (Audioquest Amazon). The improvement is very pronounced. The Vampire XLR connectors are also substantially better than the Nxxxxxk that I orginally had. T. L. USA
Received my order yesterday and wanted to thank you for your quick service!
I'd ordered some of your cryoed fuses, and popped 'em into my amp
last night......and was VERY surprised that they made quite a
difference. I'd hoped for some change, but wasn't sure it'd be there
as I'd tried different fuse tweaks in the past (polishing the ends,
putting VTS dots on 'em, different makes, etc) none of which really
did anything. Well, your fuses clearly do make a change in my
system, and it's for the better. L. P. USA
I wanted to tell you how much your Cryo Products and service has enriched my life. I just rewired my Dunlavy Alethas with the Vampire Cryo’ed wire. There is no describing the realism to the sound.
Thank you again. I would have to say this is the most meaningful upgrade to my listening experience – even more so than the new equipment I just purchased. R. M. USA
Hi there! Installed the Oyaide SWO-XXX outlets yesterday and can't believe the difference! This is coming from an older Wxxxxxxx (#xxx) and some sort of spec'd Exxxx. Quieter, punchy throughout the
whole range, tight/tuneful lower bass, more quite noticeable detail, clearer with less midbass (so 'cooler') but also more human sounding somehow - less mechanical/sameness to the notes.
It's got me scratching my head as the biggest difference in outlets since going to hospital grade some 17 years ago. No one has mentioned the difference in video - today, I had to re-adjust the
black level, contrast and color on my HDTV. And it looks more 3D too, with the favorite now being the Winter Olympics.
More comments a week or so later:
I was trying to keep it short and never mentioned the increase in color purity that I'm getting or the depth increase in audio and the amount of studio
tricks that one can now hear. A snippet of a voice had me come out of the bedroom to see if someone else was here. Spooky. Not more forward but somehow more 'alive' or 'present'.
T. S. USA
Then I built my new power cable with the Belden and Furutech connectors.
I then installed on my BAT cd player. Very nice and it kicked the crap out
of a 600.00 cable I auditioned a while back and also a 500.00 cord I
borrowed. So far so good. Now for the big surprise as I just installed my
new (Oyaide) SWO-XXX (sounds sort of adults only like) and you were right on
about what it did in my system (the best ever). Thanks for recommendations
and service J. W. USA.
Already installed the two (Oyaide) P-079's. One on the PC of my amp and the other on the PC that feeds my PowerWedge 116. Another noticeable improvement in the sound was realized. That SWO-XXX / P-079 combo is everything people say it is. Very, very nice. M. G. USA
Comment following is about the Vampire CCC/II interconnect cable terminated with Xhadow RCA's:
The interconnects you personally built for me totally blew me away. Out of the box, with no break-in time
to speak of, outperformed my Txxxxxxxxxx Rxxxxxxxx w/XL interconnects which retail out at over $3000.00...that is amazing!!!! These interconnects really
amazed me on all the detail and realism...
Thanks again for all the detail..you are as detailed as your cables
are sonically! Ha! Ha! You go the extra mile and beyond a few hundred!!!! G. F., USA
Oyaide discussion on Audio Asylum: HERE!
I followed the instructions to the "T" and hooked up my Martin Logan Center Channel Speaker
with a pair of the 12AWG Magnet Wire and the Dialogue became more pronounced, clear and
the noise floor dropped by several decibels. I could not believe that it could replace and better a
cable like the ****** *** (*a double run at that) costing 10 to 20 times as much.
The Furutech FP 201 spade lugs are awesome and just the feel of it tells a story of Quality. It was the
main reason my center channel sounds so good with the magnet wire, I think. R. R. USA
Comments regarding Oyaide AC plug and IEC's--Ok ... Where do I begin. The male and female connectors are FANTASIC!!! I know that they were good but was not expecting to hear that much improvement. E.W. USA
Just got the order today and installed the Furutech FI-10 IEC inlet
on my Pass Labs Aleph 3 amp. Was not expecting much but once again your
products prove to be way more than expected!
There is now an organic wholeness with improved focus that was evident
even in the first few minutes! The highs are much cleaner and focused.
Lower mids/upper bass is much more focused now. The musics tempo is
also more solid...if that makes sense!
I can only imagine what improvements will be manifest after a week!
Once again you have shown me that it's the small items that when
used in conjunction really add up to huge gains in musicality and enabling
one to forget about the equipment and just relax into the music!
Thank you so much, K. A. USA
Just wanted to say that the (Oyaide) SWO-XXX and the P-079 combo are
downright amazing!! Still trying to pick my jaw up from the floor!!
Even my girlfriend, who is not an audiophile, is utterly amazed!!
Thank you so much.--K. A. USA
Just a note to let you know how pleased I am with the Oyaide. Subtle improvements were immediately evident, and as the listening session went on the improvements were less and less subtle. Very happy! M. G., USA
Here are some assorted testimonials from Audio Asylum: Here!
I am delighted with the Furutech Male plug and IEC
that I purchased a while ago from you. Beautiful, great sounding stuff,
easy to work with. The Furutech plugs are amazing--- they are so
nice-looking and so solid -- almost like jewelry. G. D. USA
Your "Beast" is Fantastic! Your "Beast" is an absolute irreplaceable diamond and an absolute steal at the price you charge.
Update after owning the cable for a couple of months: The definition and speed that has been enhanced from the
Beast is just absolutely satisfying that it conforms to my system's synergy
like disappearing act before your ears. The neutrality and low noise floor is
forever startling me as the music gradually or suddenly appears from complete
background silence.
...And still happy months later:
I was listening to Roger Waters "Amused to Death" on Thursday...when you hear the
layering you are impressed by the quietness when talking comes from the left
speaker and the right speaker sounds as if it's disconnected and then jumps at
you with a guitar riff!!!! When the sound of the airplane travels from left
to right and explodes there is NO SOUNDS interfering in the background, no
bleeding or static in evidence! IT DID NOT SOUND LIKE THIS BEFORE THE INTRODUCTION
OF THE BEAST & THE POLESTAR. Thanks for making the
incredible products that have made such a cost effective and satisfying difference. --R. M. USA
This is my second Cryo Marinco 5266 I have purchased from you and I
just want to say again how impressed I am with the Cryo Marinco 5266!
It makes a stock Leviton 5266 sound muddy (way too warm for my system
and ears). The Cryo Marinco 5266 brings out the details (very
analytical), opens up the treble and bass and keeps the mids toasty.
Thanks again for an amazing, inexpensive system tweak. --D. S. USA
Thanks so much for the fast service.
I have to say that I expected this to be a good sounding part(Furutech FI-11M), but it's already performing well beyond what I could have hoped for. It replaced a stock molded plug on a Monster contitioner that feeds my front end gear. This was $30 very very well spent. K. L. USA
Here are a couple of Oyaide reviews from one of our customers on Audio Asylum:
SWO-XXX and P-079
SWO-DX
It just keeps getting better. With the cryo interconnect and tubes, it just brings the system to another level. Reduced noise level. cleaner sound, more detail. Thanks. --J. R. USA
Review of Beast power cable on AudioGon: Click Me for Review!
I myself recently was able to listen first hand on how the very same items
treated by different cryo firms can sound so very different. Just for fun,
but more for educational and enlightenment(?) purposes, I had on hand to
audition the same Oyaide XXX receptacle cryo'd by "competitor 1".
The differences were dramatic.
**Your Oyaide SWO-XXX versus competitor 1 SWO-XXX:
Your SWO-XXX was significantly more relaxed and less upfront. It was toned-down
quite a bit such that the upper registers are presented in a more poised and
relaxed manner. There was also a slight softening of the edges so that it
was not as razor sharp and "clangy" as the competitor 1 version. The competitor 1 version was
much "brighter" (not in terms of tonality but illumination of the sonic
landscape), resulting in higher spot-lighting of details resulting in a
sensation of lacking a bit of "juiciness" and warmth. Your SWO-XXX on the
otherhand was much more evenly balanced, was definitely more relaxed and
poised and did not higlight any one area to call attention to itself. The
very slight softening of the edges on the upper registers (compared to the
competitor 1 one) also meant that micro-details were just a tad bit less crisp and
vivid. The lower registers were also less punchy but presented in a more
unassuming and natural manner. Thus for now, your SWO-XXX seems to serve as the
"middle ground" compromise between the competitor SWO-GX and competitor 1 SWO-XXX -- it was easy to
arrive at this because your SWO-XXX is so evenly balanced but this does not mean
your SWO-XXX sounds as if it is an in-between product cut from the same competitor 1
cloth.
It's just incredible how these things can be so different. I knew that cryo
treatments also varied enough to affect the sonics -- I first came across
this with my 6SN7 tubes. The pair of same tubes I sent to two different
cryo treatment places (one in xxxxx and another in xxxxxx) came back
sounding drastically different (the xxxxxxxx one was a bit more tidier
sounding than stock, and the xxxxxxxx treated one being very "glacial"
sounding -- utterly clean, incredibly clear and very transparent and much
more of a "wow" effect for immediate recognition due to the immense contrast
now being presented so cleanly).
I now use your SWO-XXX for the wall to start the chain and the competitor 1's SWO-GX will go
into my auto voltage regulator/isolation transformer along with your
Furutech IEC inlet. Will busy myself with playing around with these various
types -- should continue to be fun. And so will the fuses!
Back to my music...KHK Korea
I took one of my power cords made from your wire and the Furutech plugs to a friends house and he was very impressed by it. We compared it to several cords in the $1000 price range and none of them were better.-- F. L. USA
Just also wanted to mention that I think you are providing a great service and have an excellent business model. You provide outstanding products at a
reasonable price. I am far too cheap to spend thousands on cables, etc. With your products, you get the same or better for a fraction of the cost. Most audiophiles
are a bit crazy and many will spend a fortune on their equipment. I see more and more mfgr's cryo-treating their products. Good luck.--J. R. USA
I received my CryoMax cable. All I can say is WOW !!! The system sounds smooth, natural and detailed. And that's with a brand new amp and the speaker wire right out of the box. looking forward to the system getting even better as things break in. Thanks.--J. R. USA
I installed the power receptacle tonight and all I can say is "Why in the hell did I ever wait to do this!" The first impression is of MUCH blacker and silent backgrounds, no noise, no nothing. Secondly, the level of detail seems to be increased. You have one very happy customer on your hands. Another small dollar tweak with mega dollar results! Again, many, many thanks!--M. L. USA
I just love the Marinco plugs and IEC. They gave my system much more inner detail. The cryo'd CDR's are also amazing, again much more detail. I can't tell you how pleased I am with your products!--D. S. USA
I have to say there is a big improvement from the crappy outlets I had in my house. My electrician added two separate dedicated 10 gauge lines connected and connected your outlets. My Odyssey Dual Mono amp that requires 2 separate plugs and my Audio Research LS3 preamp never sounded better. Very impressed and if I need to update to any more of your products, and if you have any further advise please let me know. I will be sure to contact you.-- P. C. USA
I just wanted to say that I am EXTREMELY impressed with the CryoMax cord. I replaced the stock cord on my Monster HTPS 7000 power conditioner with 5ft of CryoMax terminated with one of the Furutech copper plated plugs. After a week of break in all things audio and video plugged into the unit improved! Audio had blacker backgrounds and video was sharper than ever! Keep up the fantastic work!--D. S. USA
I've never received great service like this (period). I just got the package today. Thank you again.!!! --Bob USA
I was surprised it was able to unleash my modded TEAC as well as it did. I've beentweaking the cheap $99 digital amp with some great parts and the IEC and
your cable kit was the final piece. It was sounding so good on my Merlin VSM-M's that it was criminal.
Your plugs/cables made it come alive with dynamics. In the past the TEAC on the Merlins seemed
like a slightly bad mix with very restrained dynamics. Now it simply rocks. --T.M. USA
Thanks for the update. I'm looking forward to try the Marinco. The Hubbell
improved the sound to a degree that it was appearent all the time. They
replaced non-cryo Marincos. I tested them on a pair of Mcintosh MC-40. They
sounded more detailed as if the noise floor was lowered. The sound flows
more natural. It's amazing the little details that make a difference.--H. N. United States
I ordered two of the Hubbell 8215CT's this morning with more orders coming soon. Priority Mail sounds great! That free shipping is AWESOME.
I asked you a couple weeks ago why your prices were so cheap compared to other sites and the time you put into your answer was really something cool and much appreciated. I can already say you've made a repeat customer and I'll make sure to let others know about your site and great service.
Thanks again.--D.S. United States
Thanks! I got my shipment today and installed the already. It was easy install and
I could hear a difference immediately! I used the more expensive one for my amp,TV, DVD players and the other Hubbell for one of my subs. I was sorta
suspicious about things like this: high-end power cords, sockets, power conditioners. But man I have to tell you, it's all connected and upgrading the weakest link in any system usually does help improve sound and video
quality. Maybe not to average non audiphile, but I can tell a difference -warmer, sharper sound and picture, and even in my ears do not deceive me,better stereo - 5.1 DVD Audio separation! T.W.--United States
Great Prices!! I have already recommended "Cryo-Parts" on the Decware board. D.N.--United States
I've had many power cords in the past, some very nice sounding, some
dogs, but your economical kits provide so much bang for the buck, I can no
longer justify spending big bucks for little to no improvements. I look forward to
trying your other products. S.L.--United States
You can't find a better deal and better service anywhere! They have my business. -L.P. USA
Thanks !!
You are not only the first person who left me a positive feedback
right after receiving my cash ( as EVERYONE SHOULD but no other did ! )
but also gave me a refund when your shipping charges changed without me asking for it !
Don't know what to say.
You are a #1 professional and I wish you the best with your job.
Nice site (simple and clear).
Hope to deal with you again in the future,
Best Regards,
