USB Cable
In order to offer a great deal of the performance of our high performance, award winning, albeit costly Locus Design USB Cables, we are now offering a custom CryoParts USB cable, the "USB-1", at a very reasonable price.
This cable is based upon the custom CryoParts Sapphire Pro interconnect cable, with a few tricks added to make it suitable for USB use.
We take the Sapphire Pro bulk cable, prepare it for USB cable use, add two extra layers of shielding/damping, and apply ERS at critical junctions. Just as with our award winning Locus Design USB cables, we use our custom made, gold plated USB ends, and utilize many of the same techniques for termination that we have developed over the last three years of building high end USB cables.
While not as resolving, detailed, and quiet as our purpose designed Locus Design Polestar USB cables, this much less expensive CryoParts model comes close. If you can afford the very best, buy our Locus Design USB cables, if you are on a budget, but still desire high performance, buy this cable and be happy!
